A Pet Peeve
Unreturned e-mails.
This drives me up a wall, especially when you’re trying to put together an important event or keep a studio running. I KNOW YOU READ IT. I don’t care if you just respond and say, “hey, I received your e-mail, and I will respond soon with the information you need” or what. Just respond. Don’t leave me hanging for a week. E-mail etiquette is pretty set these days. You need to respond to important business related e-mails received on business days within 24 hours. 48 is pushing it, but it’s still acceptable. Anything past that makes me not want to work with you. Or pay you. And if this were my decision only, I’d probably fire the person we’re working with, just because this is so annoying to deal with!
